Penrith RSL Club Chairman Neville Barnier and CEO Neel Chand signed a memorandum of understanding with Mr Stuart Ayres, State Member for Penrith.
The MOU promises that a NSW Liberals and Nationals Government would maintain the current gaming tax regime and ClubGrants contribution.
It also promises transparency in its decision making processes regarding policy, licensing and planning, and recognises the contribution that clubs make to their communities.
The four-year MOU was also signed prior to the last state election.
